The Lex's Executive Sous Chef Pawel trained in his home country Poland before embarking on an international career spanning 15 years working in world class restaurants in Poland, Ireland, Denmark, USA, Cyprus, Fiji and Samoa.

TIAGO TEIXEIRA, RESTAURANT MANAGER

Tiago began his journey with Grand Hyatt Barcelona, where he spent four years refining his skills in Food & Beverage and Rooms Division operations. His ambition led him to Australia, where he expanded his expertise with QT and Rydges in Sydney and Cairns.
